Be respectful to all player. This includes but not limited to people who are minging. Have done something to you in the past that may have affected you. A player who is being toxic or is trash talking. 2. Respond to all reports. We don't care who the player is if they have a issue it needs to be assessed. This is rule is nil if it is a minge report. 3. No one is better than anyone. If you are a T-MOD you just as important as Admin. The only thing that is different is one has more duties than the other. They are both on the same level as we are all human. 4. Do not ask for promotions. If found you are asking for promotions with phrases including but not limited to "I have been staff for 4 month and i am still T-MOD", "I deserve to be promoted", "Hey hit me up with that promotion dude. We are good friends promote me", ect. 5. Do not disrespect staff. They are your 'co-workers'. They are here to help you in any need and if they say anything you don't like take it to the forums if its that bad. They may also just be trting to give you some constructive criticism. 6. Always before your duties. Your staff rank is more important than your RP rank. If found that you are not able to do that then you will be removed asap. 7. Respect your management. They have a lot of stress as it is. They don't want to get on the server and get disrespected by their staff. If found you are doing this action will be taken. 8. Do not break any of the rules. If found you are breaking the rules you will receive a larger punishment. This is because you are a staff member and you are a role model. 9. Do not use anyones info to use it in a destructive manner. This includes but not limited to. Sits they have been in. Bans they have received. Past issues. ect. 10. Do not have favorites. All players should be equal. If found you are not punishing a friend as you would another player. You will be punished. 11. Do not abuse powers. This includes but not limited to. Abusing players with a physigun. Abusing players with warns. Abusing player with spawning items. 12. Do not use you powers while you are not on a staff job. 13. Do not give random players items. 14. Do not spawn vehicles without permission. [color=#f39c12][size=200]Punishments[/size] [size=150]These are the guideline on how to punish a player.[/size][/color] [b]General Punishments: RDM = 1 Warn and a 10 minute jail[/b]  [b]X3 RDM = 1 Day Ban Unintentional MRDM = 1 Warn per RDM and a 20 minute jail.[/b]  [b]Intentional MRDM = 1 Week ban[/b] [b]Micspam: Warn, Gag for 20 minutes (Continued Micspam counts as NITRP)[/b]  [b]Chat Spam: Warn, Mute for 20 minutes (Continued Chat Spam counts as NITRP)[/b]  =19.5px[color=#000000][size=100]If both mic and chat: 1 day ban[/size][/color][b]Hacking/Exploiting: Perma Ban.
